CHP Billet 9310 2nd Gear for your KLX/DRZ.

Manufactured from 9310 High Nickel base Super Alloy, used in Helicopters, Z06 Corvette and Viper performance transmissions

. Case hardened and precision ground to exacting tolerances,
delivering a yield strength of 146 KPSI, 8 times stronger than the stock material.

Our Billet 2nd gear is manufactured from the same material as our Billet Transmission shaft.

We identified this 2nd gear as the next weak link in the bottom end of the KLX ,
after the counter shaft. With the replacement of the counter shaft with the CHP unit,
this gear meshes with the machined gear on our shaft and make a 100% perfect match.

Relieves all stress and wear due to poorly machined and miss-macthed gears.

With all of the higher HP motors now developed,
this was a must for reliability and makes your tranny as built proof as you can get.
