Shipping
The TBolt USA Shipping and Return Policy is pretty simple.
Online orders over $50 are shipped free of charge to the 48 Cont. United States for most parts and bikes.
Parts orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail is generally 2-3 days transit, anywhere in the country. At times, it make take a few extra days before shipping a part dues to various conditions.
Usually orders ship the same, or very next day. If you would like to make sure we have an item in stock, or how long it will take to ship, before placing your order, just send an email to TheCRKid@TBoltUSA.com and it will be responded to promptly.
Some parts which cost us a lot more money to send, have a "Flat Rate" shipping fee noted at the bottom of the sale.
If an item has an additional fee it will have a box like this:

This is how much the shipping for this part is. In this example, an engine costs an additional 40 dollars to ship, because it is very large, and heavy.

WE GLADLY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
On international orders we use USPS International Flat Rate Shipping. We only charge what it costs us.
All international orders will be considered F.O.B Origin.
FOB origin indicates the buyer pays shipping cost and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave our premises.
We only accept PAYPAL, Western Union, or Wire Transfer for International orders. Just select PayPal to use an existing account.

Returns
All products returned to T Bolt USA must be reviewed and approved. Please email if you need to return anything. We must receive a valid tracking number for all returned goods. Store credit will be available once the item is received and deemed able to be sold as new. We can issue cash refund only if approved by the management.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom items.
Shipping damages and losses
We will work with you on any shipping issues that arise. Please note, if a insurance claim is necessary, any settlement will only be issued once claims are finished by insurance providers.
Warranty
Many of our products carry limited manufacturers warranties against defects and other issues, and are limited to a set time period. Only the manufacture will supply this support. T Bolt USA will work with you to help resolve issues but will be held in no way liable for fulfilling these warranty or upholding their intent. Please note that Racing Voids this warranty
