This Takegawa Hydraulic clutch conversion kit for the KLX110
is easiest and cost effective way to convert your stock semi-automatic clutch to a full manual system.

Contains a full hydraulic actuating piston that is installed inside the stock clutch cover and utilizes some fo your stock clutch components.

Full instructions are provided. Easier shift operation and lasting performance.

Kit includes master cylinder, lever, and steel braided clutch line,
as well as a lighter primary drive gear that increases throttle response and transmits 100% of the crankshaft rotation to the secondary clutch
(KLX110 models prior to 2004 only).

KLX110 models after 2004 do not utilize the primary drive gear.
