Big valve head with 30mm intake and 23.5 exhaust valves
NEW Race Head for Jailing/Lifan type engines - Contains TBW0489 valve kit and TBW0484 cylinder head. This kit is just the head, valves (installed), and rocker arms. Cam and covers from a Lifan type head will fit. 30mm/23.5 valves. If using with a piston other than our TBW0495 or TBW0449 piston, will most likely have to open up the reliefs on the piston.

Nobody has built, sold, and raced more GPX motors than T BOLT USA and Cat 5. The Import Race Head takes the power gains on these engines to yet another
level! This new head is like taking a Lifan 27/23mm head to a performance/machine shop that specializes in re-working heads
and having them install higher quality/larger valves, heavy duty valve springs,
and doing a port job to increase flow. While this head is more expensive than a
new Lifan head, any reputable shop would charge considerably more to make the Lifan head
comparable in performance. The valve sizes are 30/23.5mm with port sizes of 30/25mm.
The exhaust valve is stainless (21-4N material) and unlike the Lifan head, you
wont have to worry about changing your valve springs with our performance cam.
This all adds up to a cylinder head that puts out a professional level of
performance yet is still affordable for the privateer rider.
Important Note: This head is for the Jailing/Lifan
type engines - not the YX/GPX150/160s type engines (our V2 head is for those).
This kit does not include a camshaft, head covers, port matched intake kit,
piston kit, or a gasket kit. The Lifan head covers fit this head as well
as the cams (also Honda CRF50 type cams). To work with your piston (unless
using our 57mm big dome piston or our 160cc bore kit piston) you most
likely will have to open up the reliefs on the piston to clear the valves.
Additionally, this head was only tested using our TBW0300 camshaft - if using
another type, check your clearances.
